SKUVITAMIN VILENTARAFIL
VILENTARAFIL is a prescription medicine used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation.
VITAMIN VILENTARAFIL is used to treat the symptoms of erectile dysfunction in adult men. These include:
Men with erectile dysfunction can have difficulties achieving or maintaining an erection. This may occur because of underlying health conditions, such as diabetes or heart disease, or due to other medications, such as nitrates, or due to stress, especially when sexually performance-enhancing drugs (EDVfolds) or nitroglycerin are used. Erectile dysfunction can also be caused by psychological or physical problems, such as stress, anxiety, or depression.
If you are taking VITAMIN VILENTARAFIL to treat a condition, talk to your doctor before taking it. VITAMIN VILENTARAFIL may cause side effects, including dizziness, fainting, and blurred vision. It is important to stay alert for chest pain, shortness of breath, and priapism (prolonged erection).
Before taking VITAMIN VILENTARAFIL, tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of the following medicines:
Before having surgery, tell your doctor about all the medicines you take, including prescription and non-prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements. Also, tell your doctor if you have or have ever had liver or kidney problems. The most common drug interactions with VITAMIN VILENTARAFIL is with alpha blockers such as alfuzosin (Uroxatral), doxazosin (Cardura), tamsulosin (Flomax), and terazosin (Hytrin). These drugs can decrease blood flow to the penis, making it difficult or impossible to achieve an erection. Also, VITAMIN VILENTARAFIL can decrease the ability of sperm to penetrate the penis. It is important to mention other drugs or treatments that can be used to increase blood flow to the penis, such as sildenafil (Vasotec) or vardenafil (Levitra). These medicines are available only with your doctor's prescription.
NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - A new study shows that erectile dysfunction drugs such as Cialis and Levitra might also be responsible for the death toll of Viagra's blockbuster patent-protected patent for impotence treatment Viagra. In a new study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, the research was led by a team of researchers led by Dr. Robert H. Johnson of Duke University, who is now co-director of the Duke Medical Center and the Duke Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
"Erectile dysfunction drugs have been shown to be associated with a range of potentially dangerous side effects, including erectile dysfunction," said study author Dr. Daniel A. Pappas of Duke University.
The study was led by a group of researchers at the Medical College of Georgia who was not involved in the study, who had a similar interest in the work. Johnson is the principal investigator in the study.
The researchers tested the drugs' effectiveness on male impotent patients.
"When male patients were treated with Cialis or Levitra, the incidence of sexual dysfunction was significantly higher in patients who were treated with these drugs," said Pappas. "The incidence of erectile dysfunction was also significantly higher in the Cialis patients who also took nitrates."
The study, published in the JAMA Internal Medicine, showed that Cialis and Levitra were significantly more effective than Viagra in treating men with erectile dysfunction.
"While this finding is in line with our earlier work, our study provides further evidence that erectile dysfunction drugs may have potentially harmful side effects, particularly for impotent men," Pappas said. "We hope that this research will be of value in improving our understanding of erectile dysfunction in patients."
The study was based on two separate clinical trials. The first trial, published in 2003, focused on patients who had a history of erectile dysfunction.
The second trial, published in 2006, examined the effect of Viagra on the risk of developing erectile dysfunction.
"A key finding was that Viagra may have a greater effect on patients with erectile dysfunction than on healthy controls," Pappas said. "In fact, Viagra was shown to be the best treatment for patients with erectile dysfunction when compared with patients who did not have erectile dysfunction."
The new study will provide further evidence of the effectiveness of Cialis and Levitra in treating erectile dysfunction, Pappas said. "The fact that the trials involved men with erectile dysfunction who were treated with both Cialis and Levitra suggests that Cialis and Levitra could be effective treatments for ED in men with erectile dysfunction," Pappas said.
Cialis is approved by the Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, a condition that involves the inability to attain or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual activity. It is also prescribed as an erectile dysfunction treatment for adult men with impotence or other sexual problems. Cialis also may also be used off-label for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in women.
Levitra is approved by the FDA for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and also for the treatment of male impotence in patients with other medical conditions. Levitra may also be used off-label for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia or for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in women. Both Cialis and Levitra are FDA-approved for the treatment of both male and female impotence.

During the study, the researchers measured the erectile function of male subjects, taking blood tests, and measured the effects of Cialis or Levitra on the erectile function of healthy male volunteers. The effects of Cialis or Levitra were also evaluated in healthy male volunteers.
